1. Registration of the Biodata with Namokar does not guarantee for fixing marriage relation for any of the customer nor it guarantee for providing match. Registration simply means that you will only be provided with some of the selected biodata for your reference. You could contact the persons with respective biodata for marriage. The selection of the biodata for you will be done by the marriage bureau itself.
2. Your biodata will be submitted with the marriage bureau at the time of registration and may or may not be send further to the other registered / unregistered customers for further references.
3. After registration you will be provided with some selected biodata which are meant for the use for the registered person. Here “use “simply means that you get the right to contact those people. Contacting those people again for any other person reefers to the misuse and any judicial action may be taken against the same. For this purpose, the registered person will be called guilty and Marriage Bureau is free to take any legal action against them.
4. Registering your biodata with matrimonial does not guarantee to get your biodata placed on the website of Namokar Matrimonial. It solely is on the discretion of the marriage bureau to place your biodata on the website http://www.namokar.com. We are at full discretion to place your biodata on the website and can delete the same at any time. Any queries or questions in this context will not be entertained.
5. Although we make full satisfaction before placing or deleting any biodata on the website Namokar.com, but even then there may be any discrepancies with the given data or the data may loose. This usually does not happen, but may become possible due to any technical mistake for which Bureau is not at all responsible nor the development company Copioussoftwares.com (who developed the site) is responsible.
6. The biodata will remain registered for the period of one year or less depending on the schemes you opt with Namokar Matrimonial. If during the period you got engaged with someone and your marriage is fixed. The registration may be cancelled thereof without giving any notice to the user.
7. You will have to inform to the marriage bureau immediately as soon as your marriage is fixed somewhere or you get engaged, so that we can stop sending your biodata to other clients. Not informing the bureau may result in other customers contacting you for which bureau is not responsible.
8. In any of the case if any of the customers have any of the problems / queries he / she may contact us between working hours (10.30am to 5.30pm) on any of the working days. Or may contact at the office during the same time.

Payment

You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Namokar Matrimonial in advance of the time period during which such services are provided or as per the payment terms of the service opted for, whichever is applicable. You agree that all fees are non-refundable once the registration is done. All payments have to be drawn in favor of Madan Mohan Jain, payable at Jaipur. Namokar Matrimonial shall not be responsible for payments drawn in any other name or location. Payments are accepted only in the form of crossed Demand Drafts, Cheques or thru cash or may be through the online bank accounts of ICICI Bank And HDFC Bank. Charges for all services are payable prior to the beginning of each service period. Failure to pay in no way relieves the Clients obligations to make full payment. Namokar retains full rights to charge for or alter specifications or discontinue any of the services/ features offered under the various schemes at any time, without any prior notice. It shall be our endeavor to start-up the service with in 3 working days of the receipt of completed biodata along with the payment (realization). If however, there is a delay for any unforeseen circumstances, the clients are requested to kindly bear with us. You accept that your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended without any prior notice or information to you in any event of non payment from your side for any of Namokar Matrimonial services Prior Agreements This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral communication you may have had with Namokar Matrimonial or any agent or representative thereof, and constitutes the complete and total agreement between the parties.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and said provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of India shall govern this agreement In any event of dispute the area of Jurisdiction would be Jaipur only.
